Chapter 5 isnt available in Trauma difficulty , so i played last 4 Level in this Chapter in the highest possible difficulty Nightmare ( Albtraum) and of course in 5 Stars too .

Story

Bill Sherman gripped the Sword of Seraphim, uncertain what he’d do with power it granted him.
Could he really rule Purgatory? He cut the air with blade at least the mighty sword would come in handy if he had to smite a legion or two of dark forces.
Suddenly, the sword shook in his hand. Burning pain scared up his arm and he was forced to loosen his grip. Stunned, he could only watch as the sword flew off into the darkness.
He squinted. There was something out there. Vague movements rippled in the shadows, eventually taking on a strange dark shape.
A mighty creature stepped forth from the blackness. An angel. One of Ramiel’s breed. But mutilated, horribly.
Bloody stumps stood out from the straining muscles of its back. Its wings had been cut away…
The angel spoke his name: Samael. Laughing, he told Bill that the mighty Sword of Seraphim was and forever would be his.
Bill’s brief reign over Purgatory was but a sham. When the sword slew Ramiel, all his vast power had been transferred to Samael.
Though the filthy half-blod had taken his angel’s wings, Samael was determined that he would now take Hell’s throne.
Still laughing, the angel cast a spell on Bill. Pain tore his mind to shreds. He awoke in a place of suffering and despair made manifest.
He clung to one goal: to stop Sammael!

Banshee

Description:
Banshees are some of the most feared creatures in the afterlife. Their ear-piercing screams and soul-draining touch induce uncontrollable despair, and cause you to temporarily lose your sight.

Beast

Description:
Beasts are dangerous creatures that have two methods of attack. From a distance, they use their rolling “cannonball” attack and, when they move in close, they leap and set upon you with their sharp teeth.

C1L04 The Complex of Towers, C1L05 Old UnderGround Complex, C2L01 Unholy Stronghold

Biomechanoid

Description:
Biomechanoids fly in the air. These monsters are equipped with burner in a left hand, circular saw at bottom the body, and bodkin on face.

Black Demon

Description:
These demons are the biggest and most powerful monsters that aren’t bosses. They’re hard to kill, it’s impossible to freeze those demons with the freezer.

C1L01 Spikes, C1L06 Entrance

Bones

Description:
Bones are skeleton-like creatures that generally attack with their teeth. Some species of this creature are able to steal Souls and boost their life force. When destroyed the creature explodes, showering deadly shards of bone in all directions.

Burned

Description:
They are slow and not strong. It’s not difficult to kill them.

Demon Hand

Description:
Demon Hand is an aggressive creature. This monster jumps and shoots a green toxic substance.

Deto

Description:
Deto soldiers are experts in explosives. Their attacks range from laying minefields to engaging in explosive kamikaze attacks.

Devil Monk

Description:
Devil Monks abound in certain levels, and allowing them to approach too closely can be fatal. They attack with their staffs, and the vapor emitted from these staffs can slow you down and poison you for a short period of time.

Doctor Death

Description:
In the afterlife, there is no Hippocratic Oath — and the Doctors employed at the Refinery take full advantage of this loophole when dealing with their “patients.” These Doctors prove that, in the wrong hands, medical equipment can make you quite unhealthy.

Electrician

Description:
Monsters equipped with weapons that are generators of electric energy which takes your health.

Evil Monk

Description:
Evil Monks are dangerous at any distance. They carry two axes that they can either throw at you or use to slice and dice you when they get in close.

Executioner

Description:
Most Executioners wield double-bladed axes with which they slice their opponents to tiny bits. Some Executioners are able to launch their axe blades in an attack similar to the ranged attack of your own Painkiller weapon. Executioners can also chop open the bodies of Beasts and other Executioners to release a slew of spiders that attack you and complicate your life immensely.

German Soldier

Description:
German Soldiers are well equipped to dispatch their enemies, using the arsenal of firearms and grenades at their disposal.

Description:
These common Gladiators, armed with shields and short swords, are average in both speed and strength.

Gladiator

Description:
Armed with a large shield and a rock-throwing device, these enemies are very strong but extremely slow.

Description:
This fast, agile enemy is armed with a deadly hammer.

Gladiator

Description:
The deadliest of all of the Gladiators, this formidable enemy prefers hand-to-hand confrontations to weaponry of any kind.

Hell Angel

Description:
Hell Angels are scrappy beings that wield a variety of weapons that range from boards covered in rusty nails to electrified batons and rocket launchers. Some also throw Molotov cocktails that can set you on fire if you are unlucky enough to be hit by them.
