Complete Walkthrough of the Painkiller Campaign in Trauma difficulty without using Tarotcards and cheats .
All Level are played in 5 Stars !
Chapter 5 isnt available in Trauma difficulty , so i played last 4 Level in this Chapter in the highest possible difficulty Nightmare ( Albtraum) and of course in 5 Stars too .
Quality of the Videos are 720p.

Painkiller Recurring Evil

Painkiller: Recurring Evil is released. The next sequel with 5 completely new levels. Impressive locations like an Angkor temple, a massive old warehouse and a highway where hundreds of cars crashed.

The publisher Nordic Games GmbH and the developers Eggtooth Team and Med-Art are proud of a new campaign which guarantees for 5+ hours of new and genuine Painkiller action. More dense maps and sick enemies than ever before with 6000 uniquely spawned wicked monsters which is less then in PK: Redemption.

The story continous with Bill Sherman who appeared the first time in PK: Resurrection.

The game has improved graphics, AI and environments but still using the dusty PKEngine. It’s including as well a new atmospheric soundtrack.

With duel cups popping out quite rarely these days and the last one being held on January 2011, it’s time for fresh blood coming this month.
Thresher is bringing you the Just Play duel cup for the NA community. Of course you are free to join as an european, you would just have to deal with high ping. Tastyspleen.tv will be providing coverage and gonna stream and cast the whole cup.
All matches will take place on the server (redarmour.net) in Dallas, TX. PK++ 1.3 Mod is required. Have a look at the Cup Page for additional Rules. Visit the official cup page for all informations you need.

New Painkiller mod coming

It has been quite some time since the last big release of a Painkiller game. Mods coming out rarely. Who knows maybe there is gonna be soon an announcment for Painkiller 2.
Russian fans disagreeing to wait that long. They started to develop a new mod for Painkiller, but on a new Engine not the rusty PainEngine. At the beginning they had a lot of problems with programming and other things. Have a look for the first screenshots.

The Team is still searching for help, as they are just a few working on the mod. So if you want to help them, write a comment with your contact details.

Painkiller Future

Megalomaniac the former community manager of JoWood is now a part of Nordic Games who bought the assets of JoWooD and DreamCatcher including Painkiller. He posted in the steam forums about the future of Painkiller more specific about a Painkiller sequel. Asking the community what you would like to have in a new PK game.

We want to continue successful IPs and Painkiller is among those.
In order to do it right we want to hear your input. I would be glad to hear your suggestion about possible new Painkiller titles.
PS: There is no guarantee that we will make use of any ideas at all. But good ones have high chances I guess

Painkiller meets Doom

This mod brings Painkiller in the world of Doom. It contains weapons, powerups, items and some special features from Painkiller.

Installation:
- GZDoom sourceport in 1.1.0 version or newer
- Doom/Ultimade Doom IWAD (doom.wad)
- this file
After everything is setup, just drag mod file (painkill.wad) into GZdoom .exe
or…
create batch file with one as follow:

gzdoom -iwad doom.wad -file painkill.wad

Painkiller Speedrun on Trauma

For the first time speed demos archive has relased a painkiller speedrun which was made by Artas1984. This is the second PK speedrun in history, with the first being made by rj19 in 2006 which was not accepted by sda.

Author’s comment:
This is an individual level run. Videos are 800X600 pixels, 25 FPS, except boss levels are 1024×768 pixels.

The goal was to finally release the original Painkiller speedrun, using the newest and most modern shortcuts and also to beat the original 2006 RJ19 speedrun, which did not go to SDA, unfortunately, mainly because of the low video format in 320×240 pixels and the fact that chapter 5 is unavailable in trauma and a cheat-script program was used to unlock it. Some of my speedruns have been beaten already and there are still a few modern shortcuts left, which i was not able to execute (mainly due to FPS requirements), so i will be looking FW for new releases, perhaps a full Nightmare run with 23 levels by someone else. Originally i wanted this to be a common run shared between me and The Void, but later he declined, so now i am actually glad (lol).

Ultimate Patch for Painkiller
